In general, the Ebi Don ($4.50) is kinda tasty and value for money. I like the fact that the stall owner uses Japanese sticky rice which is softer and sweeter than normal rice. The prawns are also quite big and crispy - definitely restaurant standard! However, I feel that the stall owner can be generous with the eggs and sweet sauce. It would have been prefect if more of these ingredients are added.Realised that this food centre is always quite dirty as there are alway many used plates on the table. Finding a clean table is definitely a challenge!
