I happened to be here after a meeting. I spotted this stall and it raised my level of curiousity. I ended up taking away the roasted pork and char siew rice. Both roasted meat have got the smoky flavor obtained from the roasting process. A nice layer of charred skin was obtained for both roasted meat. I like the crispy layer of the roasted pork and the flavorful meat. The char siew has got a well-balanced sweetness and saltishness. The braised sauce and the chilli complemented it well. I was pl
