Fried Oyster has always been a favourite dish. I happened to be there for dinner. I was attracted by the fragrance of this fried oyster. I decided to order the $5 portion. A handful of oysters was fried with a generous amount of egg then added the spring onions just before served. It was fried really well to give it a slight crisp and fragrant. It is best eaten with their specially made chilli.
