I was not feeling really hungry on that day so i decided to order only 2 dishes rather than the usual 3. I requested to have less rice with vegetable curry and a piece of nicely fried breaded pork chop. The texture of the vegetable curry was not soft enough so i did not quite like it. The fried pork chop somewhat made up of the disappointment. It was nicely fried to give it the crispy texture and not too oily. The meat within still have its tenderness retained.
