The kuehs are steamed in layers and it can be peeled off layer by layer for easy eating. The pink and white layers taste about the same, so I think it is just the colouring. The taste of the kueh is quite alright, it is quite strong in coconut milk and that also gives it its fragrance. The kueh is also sweet. Those with sweet tooth will probably enjoy this.張貼
