After consistantly having very heavy meals for the pass few days, I have decided to have a healthier lunch today which is not too full and good to my stomach. Have bought a bowl of this fried fish thick rice noodles soup from this stall. The rice noodles is chewy and easy to swallow. The best part about this main course is the super fresh fish meat used here. Fish meat is very soft and fresh, with no unpleasant stingy smell from it. Generous portion of chye sim and seaweed are cooked in this dish which make it really healthy and value for money. For merely $4.00, this is very cheap and tasty! The uncle over at the counter is fast and friendly. Stall is bright and clean, which is towards to my liking.

This is my first time having the fish soup bee hoon from this stall, as usually this stall is always with long queue. Surprisingly today the queue was not really that long, so I decided to buy it. The counter ladies were both friendly. The portion of the bee hoon was quite generous, however would be better if their serving bowl can be bigger as right now can only hold abit of the soup base. The fish meat is very soft and fresh, and the bee hoon is smooth and easy to chewy. The stall is also very clean and neat.

I simply loved this stall sliced fish noodle soup. It is milky and sweet, in addition, you do not feel thirsty even after finishing up the entire soup. I will finish up the soup and leave nothing whenever I eat there. I think they handle the sliced fish well too, the sliced fish was thin enough and it was tender. Most importantly, it is fresh and have no fishy smell.
