One of my favourite malay food is Mee Soto and I was craving it for dinner! Punggol Nasi Padang offers a few reasonably priced set meals which include a main and a teh/kopi for $5 etc. At first I thought that the ingredients were very little only to find out later that the chicken were all hidden at the bottom! However, I find that the soup is quite bland. The Mee Soto here is not the best but it is not bad!

Thinking it was Puggol Nasi LEMAK, we went to this place for lunch on a weekday, only to realised it is Nasi Padang instead.The shop sells roti prata as well. The prata which I bought on another day for breakfast is yummy. and the texture is chewy!For this lunch, I ordered the roasted chicken rice. The rice tasted quite 'light'. The chicken meat portion is reasonable. I find the meat a little dry but the taste is not too bad.Overall, this will be a standard choice for a cheap , fast and not bad meal choice.
