Ordered a claypot of Pig Trotter's Leg with Black Vinegar for lunch. The chilli is perfectly spicy and sourish enough for this dish. The gravy is not very watery but still flavourful. The trotters are well washed and the meat is cooked to a tender state. No squabbles on this dish.
