Decided to try the chicken rice at this stall after seeing a short queue that was forming outside this stall. It looks good too.I ordered the Roasted Chicken rice ($4.30). The rice smelled quite fragrant but tasted normal. I love the sauce that surrounds the roasted chicken. It is quite salty and they gave quite a lot. I was able to dip the chicken in the sauce or pair the sauce with the rice. The chicken is quite tender but i think it would be better if it is cooked longer to tenderize the chicken more. I also scooped up a small bowl of chilli sauce, though it is spicy, i didn't think it tasted that nice. One positive thing about the stall is that they gave quite lot. So its worth the price. Furthermore comparing the price of the chicken rice to the other stalls at the Cook House, the prices offered at the chicken rice stall is much more affordable, around $4-5 to the $6-7 at most of the other stalls at the food court.
