At the Greenwich V shopping mall, there is a small food court by KopiTiam. It is filled with a number of stalls. One of the stalls is this soup stall, which sells a great variety of Chinese boiled soups. Pig stomach soup($4.50)The pig stomach is surprising chewy and the ginko nuts tastes quite bitter. Suspects both are not cook together with the soup which tastes quite flavourful.Mei Cai($2.00)The actual serving costs $4.00 but I would not be able to finish it as I am having it with the soup. My request for half serving is accepted but is reminded that the amount will be quite small. The vegetables is cooked till very soft and flavourful. The serving is more than enough.Rice ($0.80)Quite tasty on it own and taste even better with the Mei Cai.Overall service is quite good even it is a one man running the stall. The food is ok too.
