The Café Cartel (已結業)

one of my favorite dish in cafe cartel - aglio olio. I love how the stir-fried mushroom taste. They are huge and juicy. Also, the olive oil flavored is very strong, making the pasta taste great! also, the portion is quite generous too. for a serving of pasta at restaurant, it is quite reasonably priced at sgd $14++ also, i like the service of their staffs. they are always smiling and paying attention to their customers. indeed cafe cartel is one of my favorite place to have pasta

This is by far my favorite carbonara! Wonder what kind of cream milk they use, it is really nice and creamy, the texture is just right. And a generous amount of bacon, ham and mushroom are given too. When the raw egg is mixed together, it just taste heavenly! although this simple dish cost SGD$12.90++, i find it really worth if for the quality. If you are a big fan of carbonara, you must try this. way too satisfying

I went to The Café Cartel for a simple dinner to celebrate mummy's birthday! I love the ambiance over at Katong I12. It is even better than the one at Plaza Singapura. You happen to have your weekend morning breakfast, do order their scrambled egg instead of the egg omelette or sunrise egg. This scrambled egg is very soft in texture and is filled with generous amount of fresh milk and smooth butter fragrant in it. You may choose to have it with some pepper which enhanced the taste or to eat with their toast bread is equally delicious too.
