The Cafe Lobby (已結業)

The Café Lobby is very convenience places it just next to Sengkang MRT, they selling economy noodle and chicken rice. I ordered Meefen with fried kway teow, i select cabbage and fish cake. The meefen and fried kway teow is smooth and soft, taste delicious. Not so oily, is just nice & fragrant. Cabbage is well cooked, fresh. and the fish cake portion is quite big,the taste is flavorful too.

This stall is so conveniently located that I had lost count of the number of times I had bought fried chicken wings home from here.This stall sells several types of local food such as chicken rice, fish ball noodles, nasi lemak and economical meehoon. Their fried chicken wings are one of the hottest ingredient ordered together with the meehoon and nasi lemak. They are selling at $1.30 each, cheaper than the OCK ones. These were very crispy and juicy...finger licking good on its own!

Do you like soya bean? If so, I don't recommend people to drink their soya bean here. But their soya bean can be for consumption, of course. That only depends on the standards of soya bean people are looking out for.To me, the soya bean tastes diluted and the proportion of the ingredients are not right. I mean, it's like the milk is more than the bean and it also tastes diluted. A good soya bean should have a good proportion of beans, milk, then sugar.

Whenever i am short of money, i go here at Cafe Lobby its cheap but their is assurance of fullness. You can choose variety of foods that can added on your bee hoon, like bean curd, veggies, egg etc. plus the chillis can make your appetite good. Yeah its cheap but you will be contented on what you are eating. Mostly the serving staff here are oldies that is why their are times that you need to wait, but its okay because you can understand the situation. But as long as the food serve correctly and

I takeaway a packet of bee hoon mixed with kway teow for lunch. I also ordered 2 sides namely fried tofu and fried sotong cake. Didn't really like the kway teow though as it was pretty oily and hard. The bee hoon and sides were nice. Very budget too! But i find it a little oily!
