What caught my attention is the displayed of the Makansutra Certificate right in front of this stall. I ordered the cantonese style pork porridge for $2.50 with an egg added for 0.30 cents.The texture of the porridge was smooth and not as watery. It has got a very homely taste that i enjoyed. It served with ingredients like minced pork and slices of lean meat with you tiao. The raw egg added flavor to the porridge by mixing it into the porridge.

Decided days ago that we will have lunch at Chinatown and knowing this area do have several nice porridges which I have yet to try them all. I came over to this stall and ordered a mixed pork porridge with intestines that were crunchy in texture ans not the usual small or large intestins where you would find in a porridge. The texture of the porridge was those runny kind and I tasted some chye poh in it. Slightly different from those usual cantonese kind and overall was not too bad. They served raw fish too.
