Tim Sum - Chang Cheng Food Court (已結業)

Ordered some tim sum from this chang cheng food court. The tim sum stall offered quite a few tim sum items, but I will always ordered the usual siew mai and har gow. The siew mai tasted ok, though it's not freshly made but the taste wise is still acceptable. Same to the har gow, not the freshly made kind. The skin of the har gow is quite chewy, would prefer those with thinner skin. The prawns inside is not as fresh too. Don't expect something like a hotel standard tim sum from tim sum sold in fo

The siew mai from this food court is definitely an ideal choice for high tea hours. The siew mai is filled generous amount of juicy and tender pork meat which is really chewy and delicious. The siew mai skin is also chewy and not too thick in texture as well. Just by dipping it in their given sweet chilli sauce or even the basic maynnoise sauce make it really tasty as well.

We ordered a few items of the dim sum. The food came after some time and were served hot. The taste and all are just average. Though we ate them after our dinner, the dim sums are still a bit warm and soft. Makes a good after dinner snacks. Eat it when it's just being served and it would be much nicer.
