Tim Sum - Koufu (已結業)

The yam cake was not bad. There were pieces of yam inside the cake which made it really authentic. It was fragrant and the texture was well done. The pink kueh's pink skin was a little too thick and I had some difficulty finishing it. But the rice inside was good. There was a variety of ingredients including mushroom and peanuts.

Delicious shui jiao. It does look as big as the photo. A little bit nasty looking though, it's because the sauce is really not friendly. It always, never fails, to get messy when it comes to eating shui jiao. But the filling is good, lots of veggie inside. One is enough to fill your stomach.
