This Yong Tau Foo at Koufu is quite alright, with a lot of options for ingredients/vegetables, and the noodles amount they give is quite generous too. The vegetables they serve are fresh, I personally like their dumplings and tofu. The clear soup is very mild in taste, if you opt for healthy option, clear soup is the way to go. If you prefer stronger flavour, their laksa (curry) is quite good too. Very rich in coconut fragrant, and not overly spicy.

Whenever I visit this yong tau foo stall, I would definitely buy their soup version of yong tau foo instead of the dry version. The reason being is that the soup base is really very sweet with the natural sweetness from the fresh soya bean used to boil it. The different types of vegetables are also very fresh and I always feel very good after eating their yong tau foo as it is not sinful and you know the goodness of this dish is good for your health too.
