Yu Ji Pig Organ Soup Herbal Mutton Soup

I just bought the pig intestine, salted vegetables and white rice from this stall. it was not really cheap. The pig intestine itself cost four dollars and the salted vegetables cost one dollar. However the pig intestine was really good, it was very chewy and it was cleaned very well. the gravy was very tasty and goes well with the rice. the salted vegetables was more on the crunchy side, it was not too salty. the lady even gave me a bowl of soup. the soup was very tasty too.…查看更多

I ordered this Pig Organ Soup as I was craving for soup. Let's talk about the meatballs first (a fan of meatball). I think I got four of it because i said i didn't want the pig's liver. I don't eat it. The meatball is chewy and goes well with their chili sauce. I like the soup. It does not contain a lot of msg as i don't feel very thirsty after drinking it.
