I tried this dish for the first time and fallen in love. I have since back a couple more times to order the same dish with others to go with plain porridge right here. The nicely sliced lean pork was stir-fried with shredded ginger together with those canned preserved pickle. Such combination is a match made in heaven. It tasted so perfect.
