I'm not really a tea person unless I'm down with a major flu.. Then a nice hot cup of chamomile does it for me.Was really indecisive choosing a drink. Hōjicha is actually Japanese green tea. This special tea is distinguished from the rest because it is roasted in a porcelain pot over charcoal; Japanese tea is usually steamed.
It kinda remind me of Himalayan Tea Latte actually, but lighter and smoother. Over all is not that bad. I'll definitely try the iced version of it the next visit. Maybe accompany it with Raisin Bagel...Mmmmmmmmmmm
