Mad For Garlic, the name says it all. Everything on the menu contains garlic in it, even the dark oak interior of the restaurant has rows of preserved garlic as decoration. Wine cellars and the dim lights also added to create the 'old english vampire' feel.It seemed unique to us, inviting my boyfriend and I to step in and gave it a shot. It seemed unique to us, inviting my boyfriend and I to step in and gave it a shot. We had a Garlic Snow Pizza which was so damn awesome and a Lobster Pasta(garlic cream sauce + fish roe) which was quite appetizing too.
My favorite part about the pizza was the garlic chips topped across the pizza, crispy like cornflakes and it really completed the wholeness of garlic. Ending with a sweet aftertaste.
However the lobster pasta had limited lobster meat, I'm pretty certain there were only 3 pieces of bite-sized meat in it. The linguine, cream-sauce and fish roe went well together though.
Delish dinner. I'm sure it'd have been even better with wine.
