Whenever I go to Ramen Play, the food that I look forward to the most is not the ramen... it's the chicken in a bamboo stick. The taste is also memorable.. it's something that will stick with you and will make you go to Ramen Play just to savour this dish. The chicken is minced to little pieces and placed inside the bamboo. The it is cooked in a way that the outer part is a bit crispy while the inside is juicy and soft. It is served by dipping it in egg yolk. Yum!
