Arnold's has been around for more than 25 years but has only 3 outlets unlike most of the fast food chains that expand almost island-wide. I believe their 'special' recipe is the key reason and also their stance on fresh and quality food are the reasons why they keep it small and grounded .Even with 3 outlets the demand is still HOT HOT HOT. Why it is called Arnold's then?
The boss felt that he wanted the business name to start with 'A' so that in directory listings it is always on the top. In order for the business to stabilize the most suitable words in Chinese is An Le which mean peace and happiness. So An Le An Le sound like Arnold's.
Arnold's is not own by Malay but Chinese. Many people like you and me will thought that the owner is definitely Malay. Firstly it is Halal. Secondly it is located at Geylang which attracted a lot of Malay family. Lastly, most of the staffs are Malays.

The chicken is very tender, juicy and crispy! I personally don't feel it is oily at all. My chicken was served piping hot and it was very fresh!
Unlike the fries at Mac which is thin and the fries from Mos Burger which is too thick, the fries size here is perfect. The fries here taste better too!
Coleslaw is very fresh, does not taste sour and if you have more bites it will not taste yucky or feel like vomiting like the one at KFC.
Mashed Potato is rich tasting!
Everything here at Arnold's is mouth-watering!
2 of us just realise if we order the whole chicken set + the mash potato + 2 regular pepsi it is much cheaper than the combo meal.
