This place is a little quiet during dinner time as most of the people has finished work and left the crowded Raffles Place. We ordered 6 pieces of Pork dumpling ($6.5) to share. It's kind of disappointed that the soupy filling of the dumpling doesn't have the bursting sesame flavour compared to other restaurants. The taste is pretty plain I reckon. Luncheon meat fried rice ($7.5) is simple but good. Lots of luncheon meat cubes gives the rice an extra flavour.
We also had the desserts. House special cheng teng ($4) is nothing too special to me. The ingredients are mainly sago, tiny bit of barley, a little white fungus, 2 small cubes of sweet potato.
Grass jelly with lychee ($4.3) on the other hand is much better! Love the combination of lychee and grassjelly. Very refreshing too!
