Awesome Paella

Marche is known for its lovely swiss ambience, with a cute green cow outside the restaurant. I had a friend in town & to take him out to dinner, I thought of going to Marche. It is a very casual dining setup , having loads of juices & fresh/ healthy foods. I ordered for A pealla. Paella is a spanish rice delicacy. I ordered for a seafood paella & a beetroot juice. It arrived in a few minutes. The portion isn't that great, but it is really tasty & worth the price. It was well cooked, has a genero

It is a very casual dining setup , having loads of juices & fresh/ healthy foods. I ordered for A pealla. Paella is a spanish rice delicacy. I ordered for a seafood paella & a beetroot juice. It arrived in a few minutes. The portion isn't that great, but it is really tasty & worth the price. It was well cooked, has a generous amount of prawns, squids, fish, tomato, onions...I could also get the aroma of rosemary, basil. It was garnished with Coriander which is my favourite herb.

 The spices were very subtly used. I enjoyed every spoon of it along with a good conversation with a dear friend. Im looking forward to take my wife there again to try out the paella at Marche.
