I came back again to have the basic tonkotsu ramen with lava egg, from Ramen Keisuke Tonkotsu King. This place allows customers to customize their ramen to some extent. One can choose from different levels of hardness of the noodle, strength of the soup etc. I chose the strongest taste for the soup, and the hardest possible noodle. The noodles itself was ok but the pork broth was much better than the chicken broth. The pork meat was also rather lean and melts in the mouth. This bowl of noodles c
