Interesting combination served piping hot are the baked avocado seafood puff. Within this sweet Chinese pastry are combination of generous pieces of avocado, vegetables and crab sticks. The amount of egg added to the puff gives a rich brown top and good flavour together with the generous amount of toasted sesame seed on top of each flaky puff. These bite sized puff goes well with a cup of hot Chinese tea.
