Crystal Jade My Bread does one of the best char siew polo buns around.I have tried some really fantastic ones from Hong Kong itself but it's impossible to get one from there almost every week.The polo bun is rich in butter and soft, even better when it's freshly baked or reheated up. The char siew meat portion inside is flavorful and generous too.
