Tonite we are having the Bijin Nabe for dinner. It is also known as Beauty Hotpot as the soup is made of super rich collagen pudding that flies over from Japan. The minimum order for this dish is 2 person serving and costs $25++ person. This dish is only served from 5pm onwards daily. There is 4 types of spices available on the table to go with the hot pot : Chili Shoyu, Negi ginger Oil, Yuzu Pepper,and Red Chile Oil. Thick Mochi-mochi NoodleThere are 3 types of noodles which comes with the hotpot : Thin egg noodle, thick mocha-mocha noodle, rice noodle. We select thick mochi-mocha noodle as it sounds interesting. Tastes very nice and flavourful after cooking.
