So we grabbed this and sat outside to eat this Black Glutinous Rice (Pulut Hitam) Cake! $2.90 for this slice of old meets new. I don't know if we were supposed to, but we sat on the al fresco of next door deli to share this!It is simple yet so traditional, and it tastes so good. Light sponge with cream mixed in with the glutinous rice grains and topped with a generous serving of pulut hitam in its original form.
