No more queue for me this year as I preordered and went there to collect it early. This is the one and only ba Kwa that I will eat when I had first tried this 3 years ago. They had just increased the price this year. But they do not increase prices during the chinese new year , so we are still paying the normal price. Unlike other ba kwa that I have tried, this one consists of only lean meat, and thick lean meat. Imagine sinking your teeth into 5mm thick of ba kwa, that is the feeling I get each time I eat it. The sweetness is well balanced and each bite you take makes you want to have more, that you can easily finish an entire slice. The only thing stopping me from going for the second slice was the filling effect after eating one piece as well as fear of putting on weight
Must try.
