Lately I have been writing reviews on my comfort food. One of my comfort food has got to be carbo-laden Handmade noodles. And the best hand-made noodles in Singapore got to be the Whampoa Ban Mian! I love the generosity of the stall owners. Full of ingredients at a very reasonable price. This is the dry version with the tasty black sauce and the very powerful chili. Certainly a winning formula. At times I get so greedy that I am compeled to add in 'this and that' such as prawns and kidney. If i didnt remember wrongly, this bowl cost $5. Or was it $4. Anyhow it is definitely worth it.
