Marche is one of my favorite places to dine at to fulfill my rosti cravings! The best rosti combination to me is when it's topped off with swiss cheese, spring onions and sour cream! The rosti is cooked to perfection and turns out to be slightly brown. The top bits are crispy while it leaves a distinct taste in one's mouth. The staff are generous with the amount of sour cream and cheese. Marche is also an excellent place to dine at and I absolutely love the warm ambiance its surrounded by. Despi
Despite the yummy combination of potato and cheese, I find it really over-priced! The cheese being the most expensive option among other sides! It's even my expensive then the meat/sausages which I find really ridiculous. I might settle for just the rosti the next time round and do without a side.
The desserts and cookies are extremely worth tucking into and worth every cent. I like Marche as the food is always prepared on the spot to ensure freshness!
