Their signature chawanmushi is twice as expensive as other japanese restaurants at $5, but rightly so because you pay for what you get, and what you get here is a very smooth and tasty steamed egg custard with very generous and better ingredients like prawns, mushrooms and chicken hidden underneath the steamed egg. These ingredients are all fresh and good, the chicken stays tender but the steamed egg is still the highlight with its smoothness and silkyness. You really have to try it to know how

These ingredients are all fresh and good, the chicken stays tender but the steamed egg is still the highlight with its smoothness and silkyness. You really have to try it to know how good it is. The sashimi is also very fresh and sweet tasting and has consistently been so as well. For me, there is no need for wasabi, just the goodness of the sashimi in its pureness will do. Recommended!
