I have no idea what this dish is named but it is delicious. The sauce is great and when eaten together with rice, it is even better. The sauce is not too salty. The remainder of the sauce can be used for other dishes.The mushrooms are soft and your teeth can sink through the mushroom easily. It has no taste of mushroom. Also, it maybe the mushroom that people use to substitute abalone, I think this dish is even better than the real abalone.
