This is probably one of the stalls at a foodcourt with one of the longest queues! However, they have a few staff working at the stall hence the the queue moves pretty quickly. The stall has also been around for more then 10 years. They have all sorts of biryani from chicken, to mutton and they even cater to vegetarians. I opted for the vegetarian biryani. I tried the snake guard, soya bean (pretty spicy), tofu curry and chickpeas. The sides are definitely ideal for anyone who's into spicy food. My favorite was the soya bean which was really tender and well cooked. The biryani rice was also very fragrant and had all sorts of spices including cashew nuts and raisins.
Customers can also opt for more rice at only $1 which would be ideal for 2 people to share among themselves.
This is definitely one of my favorite places to get good food in the north!
