This sliced beef dish is one of my favourite dish in this restaurant. Large thinly sliced beef are cooked with some cut colourful capsciums. The sliced beef are really tender, soft, juicy and very chewy. Added those colourful capsicums to add in that little crunchiness to this dish. The black pepper gravy is fragrant and not too spicy, and this dish is suitable to eat with a bowl of plan fragrant rice.
