My mum would usually like to buy back a whole piece of duck from this stall whenever we feel like have it with our home made fragrant brown rice porridge. Their braised duck is really quite big in portion and the duck meat is very tender and juicy. The duck meat skin is very chewy and full of the nice fragrant fro the dark soya sauce used in cooking it. The price is also quite reasonable and I think one whole duck is good to share almost ten people at one time.
