Brought a bread for breakfast. This bread is sprinkle with icing sugar on the top of the bread. There is also some strips pattern on the top with a slight crispy texture. The bread is well made, has a soft texture. In between the bread is filled with peanut cream and the peanut cream has a mild sweetness with a fresh peanut taste. It is quite a unique combination and is different from other bread store. Their signature bread would be the Hong Kong Po Luo Pao which comes in different flavours.
