Hwa Kee Cafe (已結業)

I found this photo in my computer which was taken quite sometime back. I remembered this was during one of my food trips with friends. We ordered half boiled eggs and tea/coffee to kick start our food journey. The yolk of the eggs are still very runny which is not really to my liking - I prefer the yolk to be have a balance between just starting to harded and still partially runny when you cut into it. The whites are also not that cooked as there are still quite a bit that is transparent. Overal
