It used to be a car show room, but as of yesterday it reopens as a bakery. The bakery origins from Japan and has a lot of outlets in Japan. The bakery is quite big with a big dine in area. Remember to help yourself to the cutlery and ice water at the counter. The selection of bread available is quite huge. There is also sandwiches, salad, Artisanal butter, soup (hot and cold versions), Haagen Das Ice Cream (from $4 a scoop to $8 for triple scoops), breads with ice cream for dessert, Barista Coffe
Richly stuffed cube with delicious caramel flavor and apple slices, top with caramelized walnuts. The combination of caramelized apples and nuts with soft bread is a perfect match.
The bread is very soft and filled with soft slices of apple and custard inside. A great combination.
The brioche uses a generous amount of eggs, milk and butter. High nutritional value and rich in taste.
The bread is soft and sweet on its own. But very small for a half loaf piece.
Huge chunks of avocado filled this salad. A well balance dish.
Served with 2 slices of bread and butter, instead of the 2 slices of baguette as stated on the menu. The soup is quite thick and rich.
It has a unique savoury taste and goes quite well with just old plain bread. Besides this there is also maple butter ($6.00) available too.
A fluffly sour cream dough with a cream cheese filling. Sour cream is kneaded into the dough and slowly baked at a low temperature. The result is extremely soft bread.
It is a soft bun, and yummy with its thick spread of cheese filling.
The coffee more on the bitter side.
A crispy pastry filled with delicious cinnamon flavour.
It tastes quite crispy and light with a caramel top.
Chocolate richly filled in a crispy pastry
It tastes light and crispy.
Overall the food is not bad, although more on the high side. Too bad some of its signature breads are not available. A number of tables are uncleared when we visit the place. The counter staffs seem unable to handle the crowd although the place is not crowded. It is just their second day. Maybe still new.
