Tried the Cha Shu Ramen. The soup is black so it may not look appetising. As the stalls are all catered to the Japanese taste, some of the soups may be too salty so they provide a bowl of clear soup so you can just add it to your ramen if you feel that it's too salty. If you're a ramen lover, you won't regret coming here. The cha shu was very soft. The meat to fat ratio was just nice so it didn't feel too fatty or too hard to bite. But what i really like from the dish is the ramen itself. Some places tend to overcook the noodles, making it soggy. But here, the noodles are cooked nicely. I enjoyed the food here and will come back soon to try the other stalls in ramen champion.
