Roasted Meat - Yi Jia Food Centre (已結業)

This stall offers many different types of roasted meat such as roasted chicken, roasted duck, roasted pork belly, roasted char siew and etc. One of my favourite is their char siew rice, which the char siew meat has been roasted really well with some 'over cooked' parts which make it reall fragrant. Moreover the meat itself is also very tender, juicy and not too oily. Especially love the dark thick sweet sauce which pour over to the fragrant plain rice and the char siew is heavenly delicious!
