I am those type of person who loves my char siew meat with more 'overcooked' texture on the pork meat and this stall has that criteria. The meat is juicy and tender and the stall owner has take slightly more longer hours to roast the meat till abit 'overcooked'. The plain rice is quite fragrant and the grains are separated well.
