The oyster vermincelli wasn’t too bad and pretty similar to what I had in Taiwan. However the light tasting Mee Sua was not enough to mask the not-so-fresh oyster smell which you often find in Singapore’s oysters.
This is really really good. I am actually planning to grab this on the next trip back cause it is really nice! It is a little over-fried when we had it, so it kind of strips off the natural juiciness of the chicken. Still worth a go for its cheap prices!
This is a pretty nice side to order. I would say this is one of the better sour plum sweet potatoes that I have in Singapore. Generous with the sprinkling of sour plum powder, this is definitely some that those are more into heavy flavours will like.
