After attending an event at Singapore Indoor Stadium, my friend and I decided to eat dinner at Manhattan Fish Market at Bishan. We both ordered Chicken of Liberty since it looked so yummy in the menu. We also added cheese fries because we were so hungry and needed something to snack on until our main order arrives.Anyway, the fries were fried till it was really crispy. Anyway, the fries were fried till it was really crispy. The cheese was just a welcome addition to the dish. As for the Chicken Liberty, it came with rice ang veggies. YOu can also opt to ask for their chili and mayonnaise. Chicken was very tasty and the lemon juice only enhanced its smokey flavour. They were also very generous with their serving of chicken as the portion was more than enough for me and it was really thick!
