Pepper Lunch (已結業)

I was looking for a hot lunch and I thought I would just queue up for Pepperlunch's pepper rice since the queue is quite short today. I did not have too long to wait before I was able to tuck in to my rice. I preferred to let my rice get more charred for that crispy taste hence I did not mix it up too much. I love how tender the chicken meat is and the corn kernels add a nice touch into the whole dish. I thought it would be better if they give more vegetables like diced baby carrots to give it m
