Chicken ! No, I'm not a chicken freak, but yes, sometimes I crave for them. The chicken sauce is really oh so oily and packed with soy sauce ( i assume ) and thus taste salty. The chicken is "chill" as we called the "leng ji fan" in mandarin. Some people like it while some others don't. After all, it's all about one's preference. Then again come back to taste of the chicken, chill, tender, and a bit chewy. The only thing that I hate about this dish , is the appearance and how they present it. Hello ! The chicken is messily placed, no matter how tasty the food is, if it is messily placed and unattractive, I wouldn't even want to taste it let alone eat it. I guess the people who worked there are overly proud and arrogant over the years because of their tasty food. But please, because of the poor service I get, I will never eat there again unless circumstances where my family crave for it. 張貼
