I was craving for ramen again so I went to Men-ichi! I tried the chicken teriyaki ramen for the first time. It was one of the tonkotsu soup ramen Men-ichi serves. Just FYI (info from Men-ichi's menu), Tonkotsu soup is a cloudy white broth as the result of boiling pork bones over long hours. It is rich in collagen with hearty flavour and creamy consistency. Apart from the delicious noodles and soup, the teriyaki chicken was probably the best I ever had. The teriyaki sauce is unique and very sweet.
I'd definitely recommend everyone to try it. The teriyaki chicken is really good. Also, this is one of the cheapest ramen Men-ichi has to offer. It costs only $11.90 and is a very big portion if you upsize your noodles.
