The black sauce is their secret recipe and goes well with the chill sauce combination which makes the overall noodle very palatable.
The chain of Pontian Wanton Noodles can now be found at our neighbourhood hawker centre around Singapore.Even after one hour of storage, the noodle is still not soggy.
