The pork is tender and well marinated. The jelly fish is very nice, crunchy and refreshing.
Spinach is always my favourite. So do mushrooms!! This combination is great with oyster sauce and soy sauce gravy.
I like this very much! The fish skin is covered with batter and fried until very crispy and crunchy. mixed together with the spicy and salty powder, it becomes a snack to us.
The gyoza skin is thin and has some egg flavour. The ingredient inside is well seasoned and pan fried, the pork gives out sweet juice. The wasabi mayo and pork floss are quite special to be on top of the gyoza, make the dish more special.
Refreshing dish with the strips of cucumber and onion and the thai spicy sauce. The beancurd was nice when eat with the thai sauce too.
Time for Desserts. The bun were soft, with not-too-sweet-custard-filling.
The Glutinous rice is very fragrant with creamy coconut milk. However I'd like the hot version than the chilled one.
