Crispy Fish Skin with Special Spiced PowderI like this very much! The fish skin is covered with batter and fried until very crispy and crunchy. mixed together with the spicy and salty powder, it becomes a snack to us.
Pan-Fried Pork and Cabbage Gyoza with Wasabi-Mayo and Pork FlossThe gyoza skin is thin and has some egg flavour. The ingredient inside is well seasoned and pan fried, the pork gives out sweet juice. The wasabi mayo and pork floss are quite special to be on top of the gyoza, make the dish more special.
Thai Style Deep-Fried BeancurdRefreshing dish with the strips of cucumber and onion and the thai spicy sauce. The beancurd was nice when eat with the thai sauce too.
Steamed Custard BunTime for Desserts. The bun were soft, with not-too-sweet-custard-filling.
Chilled Black Glutinous Rice with Coconut MilkThe Glutinous rice is very fragrant with creamy coconut milk. However I'd like the hot version than the chilled one.
